MuleSoft is at an exciting stage of growth in the UK and is looking for a well-rounded, detail-driven marketer with a “can do†attitude. In this role, you will support the planning, execution and management of field marketing for MuleSoft in France.
This position is responsible for program management, analysis, tracking, field enablement on marketing activities and stakeholder management to assist in the execution of France marketing activities to drive pipeline targets for the region.
This position is perfect for the ambitious marketer who is looking to challenge oneself and work on a variety of programs across events/virtual events, account based marketing and digital marketing to generate and mature MuleSoft pipeline.

- Working alongside France Field Marketing Lead, play an active role in the strategic planning of the French Marketing Strategy to build and mature pipeline
- End-to-end management of regional events/virtual events including digital marketing set up
- Manage stakeholder relationships with regional business development teams to maximise pipeline generation from regional events/virtual events & webinars
- Evaluating success of marketing campaigns and providing strategic voice/ recommendations on marketing plan
- Work alongside UK Customer Success team and EMEA Customer marketing team to source potential customer stories and customer speakers for events, webinars, PR, blogs and social media
- Partnering closely with Salesforce & Tableau marketing teams to deliver co-ordinated campaigns to the French market.
- Act as French liaison between marketing and partner managers to execute on partner market to and partner market with activities in region.
- Act as local liaison in France with MuleSoft community team to continue to grow Developer Meetups in France
- Working closely with digital marketing to recommend segmentations and build email content
Deliverables
30 days:
- Develop a complete understanding of the organisation
- Develop a complete understanding of our business model
- Develop a complete understanding of the Marketing motions globally, focus on France
- Develop a complete understanding of the Marketing resource we have
- Build relationships with local Field team, with a focus on the strategic accounts team
- Become fully versed in MuleSoft’s version of Salesforce and Marketo
- Develop a complete understanding of our core positioning and messages (KickStart)
60 days:
- Master our internal processes with little supervision including expenses, budget, planning, and reporting
- Develop a complete understanding of our existing customer base
- Develop a complete understanding of our existing partner ecosystem (VAR, SI, GSI)
- Start to run campaigns in Marketo
90 days:
- Start executing independently campaigns and activities, including delivering a couple of milestone projects
- Have your next 3-6 months of plans locked and loaded
- Establish your own ‘personal’ brand and cadence
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor level degree preferably with a Marketing, Communications or Business emphasis
- 2+ years of high-tech sales or marketing experience, preferably in a field facing role
- Working knowledge of CRM application(s), MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
Preferred requirements:
- Strong project management skills and an ability to develop and deliver campaigns and programs within a high-velocity environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically
- Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and think through problems to come up with innovative solutions
- Experience successfully interfacing with external vendors and external marketing agencies
- Occasional travel required
