About this role

It’s a very dynamic environment and you’ll be performing a lead role having accountability for the validation of emerging concepts. You’ll need to work closely with a range of business, technical and operational subject matter experts. You’ll be assessing the technical viability of concepts, looking to innovate to overcome business and operational challenges and be mindful of the commercial implications versus return on investment.

You'll have the following responsibilities

• Ensure change is delivered successfully to realise expected benefit through; Innovating solutions, Exploiting reuse and scale opportunities, Defining and prioritising requirement, Supporting delivery, Enabling business consumption,
• Qualifying concepts and recommending ‘start, stop, continue’ to mature innovations 
• Driving requirements by timescales required to support delivery 
• Accountable for senior stakeholder management
• Business reporting into the operational units
• Building and maintaining a delivery plans and/or IT roadmaps aligned to the appropriate 
• business deployment plan
• Lead appropriate project reviews and applied learning

You'll have the following skills & experience

• Gravitas to represent CTIO to senior stakeholders 
• Applied change management experience from concept to in-life 
• Strong, rounded project management skills in agile and traditional methodologies (including concept of 
• Minimum Viable Product (MVP), risks, monitoring controls, communications etc) 
• Good knowledge of Software, Data or Digital technology development
• IT design and integration skills and strong knowledge of IT development methodologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management, able to build and maintain a broad range of senior stakeholder relationships and influence their support to change agendas 
• Ability to leverage organisation dynamics, personal networks and subject matter experts to expedite viability assessments of innovative concepts and trouble shoot
• Ability to navigate the business and the operating models to seek, find and secure necessary inputs and owners 
• Strong communicator, verbal and written, can translate technology concepts into business language
