About this role
To continue our fibre delivery plan, we require an Analytics Manager to supply quality data analytics to support the fibre build programmes. The Fibre Build Insights Manager role involves leading and managing the regions support team ensuring weekly metrics are achieved. Proactively spot opportunities within the organisation and help inform or shape future strategy. The role also involves ensuring tangible business insight is produced which could be easily and effectively put into action in the field to drive a better customer and business result. The role involves working with a range of stakeholders to size and understand potential business opportunities and evidence through data to ensure we meet our regulated measures as well as drive efficiency within the business. You will leverage data across build programmes to provide the right insights to senior leadership and ensure collaboration by co-ordinating with key stakeholders. It is a great opportunity to jump on board and own the process from the start.
You'll have the following responsibilities
With your strong SQL & Oracle APEX background, you will identify and optimise data sources of network information from across Openreach to create and inform our build teams of current progress and their strategic plan.
You will coach your team to deliver data on our fibre build programmes along with tracking the stages of programmes and producing operational progress reporting.
You will coordinate with multiple teams to identify underlying drivers and mitigation plans.
You will gather data for senior stakeholders to support the business in getting additional.
You'll have the following skills & experience
You will have a strong background in SQL & Oracle APEX and drive a team to successful outcomes.
You will be an expert in your field with experience in engaging and influencing senior internal stakeholders.
You will have to ability to pivot between coaching your team, ensuring delivery to the business on time and getting involved with projects to ensure future forecasting is communicated.
