Package CAD team is responsible for infrastructure and automation development to increase efficiency and productivity of all team within the packaging organization.

Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to work with an experienced team of Package CAD Engineers to forward progress in bringing best-in-class automation for Package Designer, Package SI/PI Engineers, and Advance Packaging.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist development of new automation code/script.
2. Maintain and enhance existing code/script.
3. Interact within Package CAD team as well as other teams in Packaging organization to train and deploy flow/automation.
4. Scope and architect new projects base on inefficiency.

Desired Skills and/or Experience

1. Electrical engineering or Computer science background.
2. Familiarity with at least two programming language.
3. Semiconductor & analog circuit knowledge. Signal Integrity or Package Design knowledge are a plus.
4. Strong organizational, computer and communication skills.
