Currently, we're looking to add to our team of 1,200 employees and have an opportunity for experienced Factory Engineers 1 and 2.

Factory Engineers - proven experience in managing and optimizing the mechanical and electrical performance of factory machinery through innovation and continuous improvement. This will include maintaining all conveyor belts, trio skinning machines, hydraulics and pumps to their optimum capacity, monitoring electrical systems and stainless steel repairs. You will be self-motivated to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to preventative maintenance systems and will be qualified or working towards your Seafood Vessel Operations (Factory Trawler Technician) Level 6 and 4.
The Factory Engineer 1 role also supervises the Factory Engineer 2.
Trip lengths on the vessels range from 2 to 6 weeks and crew operate on a trip on, trip off rotation. The hours of work are generally done in shifts of 12 hours on and 12 hours off, PPE is supplied, and all meals provided by our experienced cooks.
