We have an exciting opportunity that would be the perfect next career move for a Facilities Coordinator or Assistant Facilities Manager. This Western Sydney portfolio will assist in increasing your technical and client management skills when managing the facilities of a range of assets.

Work across a portfolio of assets with exposure to the skills of Senior Facilities Managers within CBRE. This role has flexibility for where you are usually based, with a monthly inspection roster for your assets managed by you.

Here's a snapshot of your day;

  • Maintain building operations to deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the building
  • Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services; tenant liaison and contractor management
  • Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client
  • Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting
  • Work as a part of an experienced FM Team and deliver exceptional results for our client.

Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful;

  • Possesses a minimum of 2 years' experience within the facilities field with strong focus on commercial or industrial assets
  • Technical or engineering background preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations
  • Excellent people and team management skills with ability to communicate and report in clear succinct manner.
