We’ll help you on your way to climbing the career ladder into managerial roles within both the function and wider business. You will be given real responsibility from your first day and get involved in the following tasks over the two years:

  • Commercial management and budgets
  • Procurement and supplier management
  • Tendering for new business services
  • CAFM systems
  • The EVRi estate: specific PPM Regime
  • Waste and utilities management
  • Building Surveys and latent defects
  • Projects: fit-out/replacement sites/new sites
  • Supporting the organisation to develop sustainability initiatives
  • The opportunity to develop and make a real difference, helping to definite the facilities strategy for the next 3-5 years

As a Property and Facilities Management Graduate you will get stuck into all kinds of activities, every day is different and can involve some early starts, late finishes. You’ll also get the chance to support our ESG strategy and work on exciting initiatives that will meet our business target to become carbon neutral by 2035.

What You’ll Need To Become A Evri Graduate

  • Have or be expecting a 2:1 degree in either Business Management, Facilities Management, Environmental Sciences or Geography
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people
  • Positive attitude, resilient, determined and a great listener and communicator
  • To enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Be analytical and good with numbers with plenty of common sense
  • A full UK driving license as travel may be required in this role between Evri and client sites
  • The ability to solve problems and keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening across our business.
  • Be flexible in your working hours to support the business needs
