Our client is a one of the largest UK based facilities management companies and are looking for someone to join their well established team as a fabric engineer. The site is a very large site with a lot of expansion plans currently going ahead. The successful candidate will be part of the planned and reactive maintenance team to fulfil the contracts requirements.

Salary and Package

• £32,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 8-5
• 25 Days Holiday
• Training offered

Job Specification

• Completion of daily PPM and reactive tasks
• Lock/Door repairs
• Replacing fittings, such as blinds etc
• Painting and decorating
• Belt and filter changes on AHU's and FCU's
• Minor electrical work
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Changing Lamps
• Assisting engineers

Requirements

• Whilst no qualifications are needed Carpentry NVQ 3 or equivalent would be beneficial
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance preferred
• A good positive attitude
• Well presented
