What we offer

We have a range of Apprentice opportunities with Sydney Trains and the Regional and Outer Metropolitan division coming up.

Opportunities are available in Sydney and Regional NSW.

Th Apprentice Program combines paid work and structured training, allowing you to learn a trade and receive a nationally accredited qualification while working.

• Rail Traction
• Rail Maintainers (Electrical and Mechanical)
• Bridge Carpentry
• Business Traineeship
• Civil Construction
• Heavy Diesel Mechanical
• Electrical
• Project Management

About you

• You have a great attitude and the ability to learn quickly by following instructions
• Willing to undertake work in environments including heights and confined spaces
• You have demonstrated basic computer literacy
• You are willing to work outside regular working hours if required, as directed by your manager (night work & weekends)
• You are an Australian/NZ citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
• You are able to commence full time employment in January 2023
• You will have reliable transport to travel to the office
