What you’ll do:

• Execute experimentation projects in collaboration with Product, UX design, Technology and business teams
• Translate business problem statements into analysis requirements or A/B test hypothesis
• Recommend and implement appropriate experimental design in support of new and updated product features
• Manage A/B test design, sizing, setup, monitoring, QA, analysis, insights creation
• Apply statistical knowledge to specific business problems and analyse massive data to derive key business insights and action plans
• Write concise documents communicating results to stakeholders and visualise data to drive decision making

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing data analysis roles
• Ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for product managers, UX design, Technology and business stakeholders with varying levels of analytic expertise
• Data driven storytelling skills – you create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals
• Have a good understanding of basic statistical technique and methodologies as well as an understanding of distributions, expectations, hypothesis testing, A/B and multi-variant testing
• Proficient in SQL – ability to write basic queries from scratch and modify complex queries
• Proficiency with an advanced analytical tool (Python, R, etc.) – ability to modify existing code to run new analysis
• Proficiency with visualisation tools (Tableau, etc.) – ability to create interactive, user-friendly and compelling dashboards and reports
