As an Experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
You’ll provide full life-cycle recruitment support and guidance to client groups, cultivating strong working relationships with Partners, Directors and Managers
Owning the recruitment journey from intake meeting, role posting, candidate screening, evaluation discussions, offer development and onboarding
Act as an advisor on matters regarding talent acquisition including recruitment process, candidate markets, role profiles, talent supply and competitive intelligence
Active client and candidate management. Sometimes our roles can be hard to fill or take some time. We ask that our Recruiters communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing information not only on the progress of searches but valuable market insight
Develop a deep understanding of our clients including their positions, business strategy and team dynamics. We don’t live in a talent acquisition bubble
Proactive sourcing for some roles to source passive talent in order to deliver a cost effective recruitment strategy
Following our Standard Operating Procedures, policies and templates, while raising new ideas and suggestions to improve our approach and service delivery
Attending daily team member huddles, updating your huddle on your pipeline, metrics, successes, challenges and capacity
Creative problem solving, bringing a point of view to all interactions with clients and the Talent Acquisition team
Working with our Recruitment Shared Service Centre, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a consistent and successful interview booking and onboarding process via this team

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Experience with Google Suite (email, shortcuts, sheets, features and enhancements)
Experience of using Workday as your Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong practical experience with an ATS in an environment where a high degree of data integrity was the norm
LinkedIn Recruiter experience is considered an asset
