Handling tender documentation work and related back office correspondence.
Involve in sales invoicing and hire quotation process.
Handle all company HR related work & coordinate with Group HR.
Involve in general sales & marketing activities of the company in the view of back office support service.
In charge for record keeping / updating contract master files & vehicle files, back office related purchases & general documentation work.
Preparation of contract agreements (long term/casual) and related documents & related documentation.
Minimum of 3 passes in G.C.E. A/L
3-5 Years of work experience in a similar capacity.
Degree or a diploma in Business Management will be an added advantage.
Below 32 Years of age.
Computer literacy is a must.
Fluency in English & Sinhala.
Result - oriented, dynamic personality.
Candidates resident in Colombo South are preferred.
