Sky Creative is Sky’s European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions and Broadcast Creative for multiple stakeholders across our European Markets.

The hub will consist of an in-house capability and a matrix of external agency and post production partners.

The Executive Producer for DE will be accountable for running the production processes for the German local projects, all project budgets, as well as line managing a the team of producers and production coordinators.

This is a role that requires a breath of experience across different specialism as the Exec producer will oversee production & manage producers that work across promotions, advertising, BTL&Digital.

What you’ll do:

• Lead & develop the team of producers and production coordinators working across promotions, TTL Adertising and BTL&Ditigal projects
• Lead /support the team on the largest priority projects, from brief to delivery
• Drive for creative excellence across projects in partnership with the creative director
• Ownership & accountability for all project budgets & recons, including regular reporting back to the Head of commercial ops & Director of Operations
• Accountable for production & delivery processes across all DE projects
• Lead on resource project allocations & suppot the Head of Commercial Operations with resrouce forward plans for the year
• Ownership of the Legal/ Contractual processes with 3rd Parties (e.g. clearcast, compliance, music licensing, etc) and Sky’s legal teams on project related matters to ensure best practice during production phase

What you’ll bring:

• Fluent in German and English
• 8yrs + production experience across TTL Advertising & Promotions
• Passion for great creative and the ambition to make Sky Creative best in class with a commitment to building the very best diverse culture to deliver world-beating work
• In depth understanding of creative & production processes: live-action shoots, post production/motion GFX, print & BTL, Digital and Broadcast
• Understanding on how to manage internal and external approval processes to be able to partner with account management during the production phase
• Proven ability to get the best out of individuals and a team, inspirational leadership & line management experience
• Thorough financial grounding with a proven ability to budget, cost save, track and report
• The ability to balance the drive for creative excellence with finantial responsibility towards Sky
• Forward thinking with the ability to forward plan & prioritise to prevent bottlenecks
• Ability to foster excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, external partners and colleagues
• Can do attitude, problem solving mindset
• Good communicator – ability to present clear and coherent narratives in a confident manner
• Confident presenter in senior stakeholder meetings
• Ability to stay calm and deliver under pressure within a fast pace environment
• Technical knowledge and understanding of creative & broadcast delivery processes
