Hours: Full time

Location: We are now hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in our current London office in Barbican. We will be moving to our new office in Canary Wharf in the Spring of 2022.

What exactly will you be doing?

Major objectives

• Support the Events Manager in the provision of a flexible and highly-professional events provision function for AAT
• Deliver events that help meet their value chain targets, and contribute to the achievement of AAT Business Plan objectives
• Develop AAT’s online and offline event programme, ensuring it meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations, and reaches the widest possible audience
• Ensure stakeholder insight, feedback and research is taken into account in all events
• Develop events that ensure the AAT brand is visible, respected and valued and that position AAT as a partner with authority.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Experience of events project management, including planning and delivery of events
• Understanding of the use and application of technology and software, such as webcasting, apps and the use of social media to support events
• Experience of event management, including planning and delivery of events
• Project Management experience
• Ability to demonstrate skills commensurate with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Problem solving and crisis management
• Excellent stakeholder management
• · Excellent brand awareness and sets high standards
