We are looking for an expereinced  Data Analyst to join and support our events team.

You will create and deliver reporting and dashboards as required by key stakeholders across the Events business, providing analysis and clearly articulating trends, opportunities and recommendations in order to drive improvement and efficiencies across all business key performance indicators.

Key Responibilties :- 

• Develop a suite of MI and dashboards as required to drive improvements across key performance indicators for the Events business, including workforce utilisation, attrition, no shows,  Event supply and demand and cost analysis
• Provide effective analysis of data, clearly articulating observations,  trends and recommendations
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand and deliver reporting requirements 
• Proactively review and analyse data to inform the business on opportunities for improvement and enable effective decision making 
• Develop and manage skill coding of workforce to provide meaningful analysis for effective workforce planning of events
• Identify system improvements or opportunities for different methods of utilising the system to drive increased efficiencies 
• Identify areas of training requirements from analysis of skill coding
• Analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the Events business
• Analyse workforce data to provide insight into target population to inform resourcing
• Develop and support reporting processes
• Monitor and audit data quality
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content
• Provide support in effective use of the system to the broader Operations Support and Operations functions
• Provide reporting of compliance including H&S and mandatory training
• Supporting finance team with visibility of transport and outsourcing costs to be managed down for volume savings
• Utilise reporting to ensure compliance with defined methods of operating and system processes
