Holden Jones is pleased to be representing this highly successful manufacturing organisation as they seek to appoint an exceptional candidate to this pivotal position. As an international business they are represented across all global regions and this position will take responsibility for a set number of European operations (including the UK).

Reporting into the Divisional Financial Controller the successful individual will be responsible for all aspects of the financial management of the specific regions including all reporting, business support, policy management and implementation, financial planning and development of processes. You will also be expected to drive and contribute to the future development of the organisation.

As an individual you will be degree educated, qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience. You will have prior experience of working within a manufacturing environment and across multiple European locations. You will manage a small team locally and individuals based overseas so you should demonstrate strong management and leadership abilities. It goes without saying you will be a strong technical accountant who has the ability to influence others for the future growth of the business. You must possess excellent IT abilities, including advanced Excel and prior experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
