Join us as an EUR Options Director

• Joining our EUR Rates Options team, you’ll help execute our strategy across clients, risks and products, to expand NatWest Markets' footprint in options trading
• You’ll focus on EUR flow exotics structures, including spread options, mid-curves and contingents, as well as structured notes such as CMS linked and steepeners
• As a key point of contact for USD volatility, you’ll gain excellent exposure for you and your work

What you'll do

As a member of our EUR Rates Options team, you’ll be focusing on innovation, niche product and risk management in order to stand out and better service our clients’ needs in a profitable way for the bank. We’ll also look to you to oversee the risk management of a large book of volatility linked products in EUR.

As well as this, you’ll be:

• Creating trade ideas and discussions with clients to make sure NatWest Markets is a trusted partner for the largest clients in the field
• Involved in constant innovation with quants, quant developers and other teams to improve our risk management capabilities and product offering within our risk appetite
• Making sure that trading activities are in line with the bank’s policies, covering market, conduct, operational, credit and regulatory risks

The skills you'll need

We’ll look for you to have extensive experience of trading volatility products, including exotic products, with previous exposure to USD volatility products being an advantage.

You’ll also need:

• A maths or finance related degree
• Experience in programming
• A good understanding of quantitative finance
