Team: Ethical Trade & Environmental Sustainability- Western Europe, Africa and The Americas
Location: UK (Home based)
Purpose of the Role:
Support the onsite monitoring team with visits (approx 2/3 per month)
Collate and analyse key ethical trade and human rights trends in the supply chain, with a focus on UK & Ireland
Provide day to day support for remediation with UK & Ireland supply chain
Flag any environmental risks to environmental lea
Key Responsibilities:
Support with worker interviews and document verification in on site visits
Analyse audit reports
Maintain key regional database to assist with trend analysis
Provide the UK & Irish human rights trends in the supply chain
Be the core contact point in remediation scheduling
Assist with any ad hoc training needs
Knowledge & Experience:
Data analysis skills, such as excel or other systems
Detail orientated
Approachable and confident demeanour
Basic understanding of human rights and environmental issues within the UK & Ire
Social work or human resources background and work experience (degree not essential)
Desirable:
Romanian or Polish or Portuguese or Gudjarati or Panjabi or Urdu or Arabic language skills
Interview skills
Practical experience in manufacturing or logistics businesses
Social or environmental auditor qualifications
