This company is ever growing and they are looking for an experienced and proven Estimator to join their fantastic team. Responsibilities:

• Pricing, measuring and estimating a number of different jobs - ranging from low to high level budgets
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement which include clients, project managers, suppliers and internal staff members across the organisation.
• Preparation and presentation of all relevant documentation and contracts.
• Ensuring that all key deliverable and time lines are being adhered to.
• Negotiating with suppliers and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Estimating or similar position, within the Residential and/or Commercial construction or Joinery industries.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
• High attention to detail is a must
• Knowledge dealing with standard NZ construction contracts.
• Strong problem solver who is able to work in the grey
