Responsibilities will include:
Offering an effective, efficient, and cost driven service to the business in relation to the management of an ER Caseload.
Providing expert employment law advice, particularly relating to employment contracts, industrial relations, TUPE, change management, discrimination, restructures, redundancy, performance management, absence management and disciplinary, capability and grievance matters.
Responsibility and accountability for casework and ER issues, providing both best practice and commercial advice and solutions.
Working with other members of the ER team to ensure consistent, impartial, commercial advice is given.
Developing effective working relationships within the business to promote positive, proactive and fair employee relations across the organisation, including the provision of training.
Assisting with the development, planning and delivering of team induction.
Working with the ER Managers, HR Business Partner and Head of HR Operations on ER projects; such as ER training design and virtual delivery; ER service communications; ER document reviews
Experience required:
Education/Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have completed or are currently studying CIPD Level 5 (essential). We could support the attainment of Level 7 CIPD.
