Role Responsibility
- Working across 2 x large scales productions simultaneously.
- Creating and distributing production diaries, filming schedules, and callsheets.
- Sourcing, booking and maintaining good working relationships with the theatre, crew and contractors across both productions including raising bookings/invoices.
- Liaise with key talent and contributors across both productions including raising contracts.
- Dealing with large scale logistics and reacting to last minute changes.
- Assisting with management of the production runners, organising talent welfare and purchasing production supplies.
- Contributing to, and helping to implement, practical actions to reduce environmental impact throughout production.
The Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for an experienced PC, someone with resilience, thorough attention to detail who demonstrates enthusiasm for this popular and well established CBeebies brand.
- You will be a highly organised and proactive individual with proven experience of co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously, on time and on budget.
- You will also work to support the two productions, to plan projects and resources, and to develop and maintain systems to enable planning of the team’s workload.
- You'll communicate effectively across a large team to ensure deadlines are met and the editorial ambition is achieved.
- Experience of working with large crews, setting up shoots and knowledge of the complex health & safety considerations involved.
- Experience with working with children would be advantageous.
- Essential business and finance skills - able to prepare, manage, set and/or monitor specific production resource plans and budgets and buying/booking resources.
- Able to consider and propose new ways of working to improve existing processes.
- Knowledge of BBC systems such as MyBusiness, buy book order etc.
- Knowledge of Silvermouse and the post production process.

Location: MediaCity, Salford (hybrid working - plus location filming days)
