The role of a New Business Sales Executive is to be a fundamental part of TalkTalk Businesses continued growth, by building and developing strong and meaningful relationships with prospect organisations, in order to grow business revenue streams through targeted new business activity

The Enterprise New Business team is the growth engine within TalkTalk Business Direct who are tasked with winning new logos in the Enterprise space across the UK. We are a close team who pride ourselves on our reputation within the business, and our team spirit to help each other achieve our goals.

Our aim is to generate opportunities via our key product sets, namely WAN/SD-WAN, Voice, UC, and managed services. As well as our continued portfolio growth, the team has also grown over the last year, with further plans to expand in 2021.

How will I deliver in this role?

  • Grow, retain and maximise revenues from new business acquisition (new logo) through the selling of TalkTalk Businesses Data, Voice, PBX, and any other products specified.

  • Work closely with desk team to ensure ways of working are followed and a collaborative environment is delivered.

  • Consistently maintain opportunity development and campaign plans.

  • To operate within customer and prospect organisations from C Level down.

  • Establishes cross functional relationships in order to deliver against business objectives and challenges.

  • Consistently achieve / overachieve sales acquisition targets.

  • Forecasting accuracy and ownership is a key responsibility.

  • Develop relationships across key partners to drive TalkTalk Business as their key strategic partner.

  • You'll generate new prospects from current network, and to proactively prospect new logos.

What do I need in order to deliver in the role?

You'll be able to demonstrate a track record in selling a range of solutions to Enterprise customers i.e. WAN, SD-WAN, Voice and Managed Services

You'll have experience operating at C-level in prospect organisations, and can build & navigate internal relationships at all levels.

Your commercial awareness will keep you abreast of the changes in the industry, allowing you to deliver the most relevant solutions at all times.
