Role Purpose:
To support Vodafone’ Business’ enterprise function (with a specific focus on customers headquartered in UK or northern Europe (the “Region”)) by providing expert legal advice on high value and complex commercial and contractual matters.

Key Accountabilities:

• Day to day responsibility for providing accurate, effective and timely legal advice, analysis and support on a wide range of complex commercial and contractual matters relating to the Group Enterprise businesses (VGE, VCS, IoT and Cloud) operating in the Region.  
• Ability to manage own workload and to provide a significant contribution to team initiatives and activities.    
• Maintaining effective contact with relevant individuals in other key functions outside Group Enterprise Legal, such as Regulatory professionals in the Public Policy teams, Group Technology, Tax etc, influencing and assisting in discussions with such personnel to ensure the best legal solution to meet commercial objectives. 
• Delivering training to the Enterprise business to drive compliance related objectives.

Capable of working independently but with the confidence to identify areas where training, supervision or personal development is required. Positive and collaborative outlook with ability to look through problems / challenges to solutions.

• Resilience â€“ ability to meet the personal challenges of working in a fast paced and highly incentivised sales organisation.
