Platinum Recruitment are searching for Sales Engineers for 2 regions: North & South Island. My client develops, manufactures & services industrial machinery. We need experienced sales engineers to drive sales with everyone from your local small workshop to international corporates.

Role Purpose

Maximise equipment sales by:

• Planning & prioritising sales activities
• Regular customer contact, prospecting
• Demonstrating, exhibiting & negotiating to achieve targets
• Undertaking site surveys & providing technical advice
• Providing an excellent standard of after sales service
• Effective provision of sales data
• Analysing sales performance against budgets
• Optimising quality of service & business growth

Candidate requirements:

Tertiary Qualifications.: Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering experience

Proven wins in business development/ sales

Computer savvy - Microsoft suite, use of CRMs

Analytical thinker - problem solver

Clean NZ Drivers Licence

Immediate NZ work rights & proof of Vaccinations status
