What you’ll do:

• Find creative ways to facilitate the day-to-day process of the software development life cycle and ensure the delivery teams are engaged and running effectively.
• Liaise and drive the team to manage relationships with product owners, tech leaders, project managers, stakeholders and other teams.
• Establish, refine & challenge different ways of working to fine tune the software development lifecycle.
• Using your technical background and strong understanding of continuous delivery to support engineering best practices.
• Growing and facilitating highly motivated and capable teams to deliver innovative software products.
• Experience of managing teams producing high-throughput low-latency distributed systems with strong technical ownership and good track record of operational excellence.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in leading an Agile delivery team.
• Experience using Extreme Programming techniques such as pair programming.
• Hand on experience with Functional or OO Programming.
• Understanding of Product Development & Management.
• Experience of line management.
• Experience of financial planning and forecasting.
• Experience of system administration, DevOps or release management.
• Demonstrable experience of enterprise-scale development projects.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
