Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience programming in one of the following languages: C++, Go, or Java
• Experience managing a team of software engineers

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Android development
• Java programming experience

The Android Backup and Restore team is responsible for keeping data safe on devices around the world, and for making sure data is safely moved from an old phone to a new one. As the Engineering Manager of our setup team, you will be responsible for building and leading the team as they add capabilities and roll out devices yearly.

In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams and work with external partners around the world to give the best user experience. You will have the opportunity to influence design and help a team of engineers to build as effectively as possible.
