Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience working in a professional services environment, and experience working with stakeholders in a program management capacity
Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and customers
Experience with industry standard financial concepts and metrics
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical, or engineering field
Experience in writing and negotiating contractual documents
Experience managing a program/engagement Profit and Loss
Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with technology products and/or services organizations
Experience partnering with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-parties to deliver and manage implementation of solutions

As an Engagement Manager (EM), you will function as a Go-to-Market lead for Cloud Customer Experience (CCE) and interface with our customers to define a services strategy which will enable them to realize their business objectives throughout their Cloud adoption journey.
In this role, you will support a multi-customer portfolio focused on supporting our customer’s adoption of the Google Cloud Platform. You will regularly engage with diverse stakeholder groups (e.g., executives and a cross-functional teams). You will also travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities
Partner with the pre-sales team to accelerate adoption by qualifying opportunities, promoting services, capturing customer requirements, and developing an implementation strategy for customer accounts
Lead and partner across teams to define customer target business outcomes and define related workstreams and success criteria to meet these goals
Manage scope, schedule, and cost for creating relevant agreement frameworks
Coordinate with delivery teams/partners to develop staffing plans and design project budgets
Manage portfolio level financial metrics, bookings, credits, and staffing forecast
