Job description As an engagement and governance analyst within IMT, you will be responsible for helping to craft and embed a regular governance and engagement service with various internal partners via the Bank's Insider Threat Program. Proven organisation skills are important for this role as a portion of this work will include setting up and running monthly engagement meetings along with preparation of a metrics pack for various Bank forums. Alongside this will be regular interactions with the Bank's central education team through the creation and roll out of targeted guidance and training on reporting in security concerns. Engagement and governance analysts should be able to demonstrate an ability to create and maintain succinct records within the records management system. Similarly, it will be vital on occasion to input basic information onto the case management tool that IMT use, and to maintain excellent written records of incoming work, for the purposes of collating monthly statistics for our management reports. Any successful candidate should be comfortable interacting with a variety of different departments and individuals, both verbally and in written correspondence. Essential Criteria Desirable Criteria
