Our client, a London Borough, is looking for a Planning Enforcement Officer to join a strong planning enforcement .

It is a busy enforcement authority so good report writing skills, attention to detail and experience in serving Notices is important to fit into this highly performing local authority. Enforcement powers are delegated to allow for maximum autonomy and efficiency for the planning enforcement team.

The role will be based from home, however the site visits need to be carried out 1 or maximum 2 days per week. The successful candidate will be well supported by management and the team, including ongoing training, a work issue laptop, mobile phone and other site visit equipment. The successful candidate will also have the option, if preferred, to work in Council offices as hot desks can be booked whenever required.
