As an out of hours Adviser, you will be providing employment relations advice to small and medium sized business owners outside of normal business hours.

Your role will be to respond to inbound advice queries via email and telephone, providing accurate and expert advice. You will assist clients with queries related to Award interpretation and guide them through a range of issues including disciplinary and performance management matters, dismissals, redundancies, discrimination, bullying and harassment and many others.

In this role you will

• Provide hands-on workplace relations advice through multiple communication channels
• Be a trusted partner to our clients, making workplace regulations easy to understand and implement in their business
• Guide our clients to manage their ER matters, which allows you to make a huge impact on their business
• Learn every day, whilst working with business owners across a huge variety of industries

The right person will have :

• Strong knowledge of the Employment Relations Act, Holidays Act and other related legislation as well experience managing employment matters such as disciplinary action, redundancies, and performance management
• Excellent communication skills are essential both verbal and written
• Experience working across multiple technology platforms
• HR, ER or Employment Law experience, qualifications in law, industrial relations, or human resources preferred
