Job Description
The Employee Relations Data and Reporting Analyst will sit within the EMEA Employee Relations team and will provide data and reporting support for the Employee Relations team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Employee Relations head by providing meaningful data and analytics which can help to inform senior stakeholders and faciliate decision making
- Track case volumes and aging to produce relevant future capacity planning data which can help to drive the ER team priorization of cases and faciliate resource planning
- Manage monthly audit / data quality review process (QA/QC) for EMEA Employee Relations to ensure that cases within the case management tool (ServiceNow) are documented in accordance with the prescribed standards.
- In partnership with the relevant ER manager, ensure any required case remediation is conducted by the case owner
- Identify and trend/themes from the QA/QC process and develop training and communication to reinforce the prescribed standards
- Develop and distribute operational and qualitative reporting covering all investigations (including those managed by HR Professional Services (HRPS)) & disciplinary actions
- Produce operational metrics for EMEA ER cases, distribute to the relevant stakeholders and identify trends/themes that may need to be addressed. Work with the relevant ER team and/or HR business partners to implement any remediation strategy.
- Provide case management support to the wider employee relations team as needed
- Produce relevant briefing documents as required by the Employee Relations Head
- Support the wider Employee Relations team with ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis
- Represent the Employee Relations team in regional projects, coordinating deliverables across the wider team
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years relevant experience in data analytics & reporting
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
