A career in our Emerging Solutions Analytics practice, within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we’re able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted.

What you’ll create and do:
Risk identification and control integration support as part of an end-to-end ERP/BPM solutions’ implementation;
IT and business process controls audit/review in context of an ERP/BPM solutions’ implementation;
Risk management and assurance over large transformation technology initiatives;
Design and implementation support of ERP/BPM application security and controls;
Design and implementation support of Role-Based Access Control and GRC solutions

Experience and knowledge of one or many large ERP and/or Business Process Management solutions (e.g. SAP S/4, Oracle/Oracle Cloud, Workday Financials/HCM, Salesforce) in the following key areas:
o Risk identification and control integration as part of an end-to-end ERP implementation;
o IT and business process controls audit/review in context of an ERP implementation;
o Risk management and assurance over large transformation technology initiatives;
o Design and implementation of ERP application security and controls, including ERP GRC technologies.
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be preferred, especially aligned in context of cloud-based / large-scale ERP / Business Process Management systems such as SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Workday Financials/HCM, Salesforce, etc - external and internal IT audits and reviews, data conversions, audit of controls under CPA Canada section 5970 (CSAE 3416) and SSAE 16, SOX/NI 52-109 programs; and data quality and analytics.
Strong leadership skills working in dynamic and cross-functional teams for large-scale and multi-national engagements
Candidates require the knowledge of cloud security principles, cloud governance and cloud computing concepts in context of cloud infrastructure and/or cloud applications. Required previous experience includes cloud implementations, cloud security audits/reviews, and assessments and/or design of cloud infrastructure. Experience with cloud solutions such as MS Azure or AWS Cloud is preferred.
Implementation and/or assurance experience with emerging technologies such as blockchain, robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence is preferred.
Knowledge and experience of data privacy standards/regulations (e.g. GDPR, CASL), privacy audits/reviews/or implementation or assessments of privacy programs and controls is preferred.
Maximize engagement profitability through the effective planning and execution of work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards. Work collaboratively with Resource and Project Management to identify upcoming and current staffing requirements.
Provide high performance (e.g. clear vision/objectives/purpose, open communication, promoting flexibility, collaboration and accountability) to deliver high quality to clients and a rewarding experience to staff
