EMEA Recruitment Partner needed for a global retail firm in London. Role can be fully remote. Your new company You will be working for a global retail company in Central London.This role can also consider candidates who would want a fully remote role. Your new role You will be working as an EMEA Recruitment Partner for an initial 6 month period however this is likely to extend/become permanent.

The company are looking for a recruitment partner to either focus on their technology recruitment or in a generalist recruiter role.As a member of the Talent Operations EMEA team you'll play your part in delivering our ambitious recruitment agenda, with a strong focus on talent attraction, sourcing, selection and onboarding across EMEA, partnering with hiring leaders and colleagues around the world.

Some duties will include: Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and people partners to understand business area ambitions and where each role will play its part Consistently showcase a high-quality, end to end life-cycle of recruitment for salaried positions across EMEA Together with the business, define an appropriate sourcing & advertising strategy to hire for the company Group's culture fit, values and potential Act as ambassador for our D&I agenda and take pride in integrating consistently in every search Drive local and EMEA-wide talent attraction activities and contribute to global talent acquisition projects as relevant What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in an in-house recruitment role.Ideally you will have experience working for a global organisation although this isn't essential. 

What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a daily rate of between £300 - £400 through an umbrella company. PAYE is an option but the rate will be lower.
