POSITION SUMMARY

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Mainly responsible for developing whole China new end user aggressively in the semiconductor industry and related industry, to keep the electronic gas business growing continuously in China. Maintain existing customer relationship, to maintain the existing business and to look for the future development opportunities.

  1. Work safely every day and safeguard Air Products property within established procedures.
  2. Meet the assigned sales targets. Minimum new signing target: 3 new customers per month. Minimum new signing revenue target: 2,000,000 RMB per year.
  3. Maintain daily call ratio at or above 2 per day and record the call report in CRM tool on daily basis.
  4. Work with inside sales team to monitor the contract execution, solve the customer dispute and improve the customer retention, to reduce the customer loss.
  5. Pay attention to collect, provide and understand market and competitor information in electronic gas segment.
  6. Work with inside sales team to handle the margin enhancement such as MTOP, PIP and delivery charge.
  7. Actively collect feedback from customers and work with internal function such as inside sales, supply chain execution and CSL to improve our service level continuously.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Entry level position with minimum 2 years sales experience.

2. 4 years degree from accredited university preferred.

3. Semiconductor and related industry background.

4. Accept long-team travel in China.

5. Competent computer skills in Microsoft office and emails.

6. Good read & written English.

7. Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.

8. Must be a creative, organized, proactive self-starter to develop, plan, win support, and implement sales strategy with limited guidance.

9. Result-oriented and strong ability to work under pressure.

10. Positive attitude and good teamwork.

11. Driving skill is mandatory.
