About the role:

We are seeking a registered and currently practicing Electrical Fitter with excellent problem-solving skills to join our network distribution maintenance team. We have roles based in Dunedin, Central Otago and nelson where you will be part of a high performing team.

Reporting to the Technician Team Leader, this role involves performing installation, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, testing and commissioning on a wide range of Electricity Supply Industry Plant including control equipment and instrumentation.

What you need to succeed:

• Electrical Registration
• A current practicing license
• A current and clean drivers license
• Good problem solving skills
• An analytical approach to fault finding in distribution equipment and systems
• A good track record in dealing with customers
• Competence in using a computer
• A demonstrated Health and Safety focus
