• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• BMS Operation
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Motor, Pumps
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, etc).

Qualifications & Experience

• Fully Electrically qualified - Level 3 or equivalent
• Building Services maintenance experience essential
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Time management skills
• Good people skills
• Proactive and problem-solving skills
