L’Oréal UKI is seeking a self starting, results driven team co-ordinator to join a growing amazon business at a pivotal time. This is a truly multi-functional role with the team co-ordinator sitting within the amazon commercial team supporting two account managers but working with business partners across e-merch, performance media, online brand teams, Supply chain & Finance. Amazon is our highest profile e-com customer within the CPD business and so this role will give exposure and further development opportunities for the future. And will be working directly across all of CPD’s marketing leading brands.
You will
Customer & shopper service
The amazon team co-ordinator ned to be shopper & customer service obsessed with a high level of attention to detail though out their work & good communication skills.
Launch & Catalogue maintenance
• Work with NAM on NPD launches for Amazon using developed rationale and complete Big Bet Reviews with Online brand manager to agree on key product launches.
• Build critical path to achieve launch dates set by the brands & manage the online brand managers to have the quality of information available on time.
• Be able to check & challenge where necessary the online brand team regarding content creation, optimizing SEO and following Amazon best practise.
• End to End NPD Launch process management – inc. pricing setup, amazon Vine Reviews, ASIN creation, site visibility etc.
• Own the Amazon / L’Oréal catalogue and ensure existing data is kept up to date and this is communicated to all relevant stake holders.
• Monitor catalogue queries & Hazmat statuses on AMZ – weekly compliance reports. Ensure we have provided all info that AMZ require
• Work with Amazon on range reviews and range strategy & discontinuations.
Amazon content Optimization
• In charge of all Amazon product detail page enrichment and larger scale content update projects
• Ensure that e-merch team are aligned in what actions are required, and timelines for implementing change. Manage expectations and timelines
• Consistently challenging e-merch team on amazon optimisation especially on heroes and making sure that content is up to date with current search trends
• Continually monitoring the amazon website and flagging any issues with PDP’s – titles, variations, bullet points, imagery etc & fixed them.
• Point of contact internally and externally for all content queries and requests
Seasonal Gifting
• Define amazon gifting range throughout the seasons & key identity further opportunities.
• Define critical path & work with the CPD gifting lead & online brand managers to ensure gifting lands on site in time & right first time.
• ensure that amazon team are kept up to date with all timelines and any changes are flagged
Finance
• Set up pricing for all new products on Amazon and correct pricing when discrepancies are flagged
• Manage & clear the amazon invoice work flow (working with finance, commercial & supply chain teams to resolve disputes)
• Set up Nomination templates for Promotions – send to AMZ and Finance
• Responsible for clearing debt on a monthly basis by working with Finance
CPD customer strategy days co-ordination
• Working directly with the commercial operations director to plan & deliver exception customer strategy days for the CPD division.
• Including choosing event location, catering, theme & branding, goodie bag.
• Manage within set budget and working with brand & commercial teams to co-ordinate smooth landing of the event.

• Experience of implementing 360 marketing campaigns in the UK from advocacy to digital media to retailer activation.
• A knowledge of social media, advocacy and the UK influencer landscape.
• The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge and/or curiosity about other European markets.
