Digital Inflow Specialist

Location: Newbury (full time home working during COVID 19)

What will you be doing?

• Online promos: lead and deliver weekly online mobile price changes and promos, including potential reactive price changes.
• On-site optimisation: ensure online mobile propopositions and prices are updated and live online journeys are working frictionless, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to convert traffic into sales and revenue as efficiently as possible ultimately delivering against key DB metrics.
• Revenue drive: work with the Category manager to identify new revenue opportunities for Mobile Inflow across SIMO, Handsets and MBB, and implement initiatives across integrated online marketing channels (Demand Gen, App, Email, etc).
• Trading: consolidate and produce Mobile Inflow weekly trading report using different databases and platforms.
• Results tracking: identify KPI’s and objectives for digital initiatives, and build dashboards to track promos and campaigns performance monthly, measuring the effectiveness of change and continually optimise initiatives with a test and learning approach. 

Who are we looking for?

• Analytical, numerical and explorative/curious mindset, continuously finding hidden answers and solutions in data available. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. 
• An ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Tenacious attitude for getting stuff done, with great attention to detail.
• Capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
• Good stakeholder management and a collaborative approach. Get it done together.
• Experience working on digital products/projects.
