Job Description

Candidates with eCommerce and online retail experience will be highly regarded.

Role responsibilities:

  • Monitor order delivery performance and exceptions across delivery partners
  • Review operating costs, developing and implementing cost-out opportunities
  • Develop operating model, delivery partners and supporting functions to support the eCommerce sales platform
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor partners adherence to ALDI policy
  • Forecast and advise on seasonal and capacity across delivery network
  • Advise on fulfilment of sales model and range
  • Support and cover warehousing and supply chain roles in Fulfilment team
  • Conduct reporting and analysis to measure KPI performance and program successes

Selection criteria:

  • 4+ years’ experience within relevant fields
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining national courier delivery and freight models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collate and convert data into meaningful insights
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt in an evolving environment
  • Experience in monitoring and executing via third parties
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to perform consistently under high pressure situations
  • Able to work autonomously and proactively identify areas of opportunity
  • High level of professionalism and dedication with a positive can-do approach
