About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Development Analyst to join the Online Grocery team! As an eCommerce Development Analyst you will be part of the fastest growing business within Asda and one of the industry leaders in online grocery.

You will support the management of strategic and innovative projects to ensure that the award winning website remains at the forefront of the ecommerce industry. In addition to this you would also be providing insights and recommendations to inspire changes on the website.

As part of the Online Grocery Development and Analytics Team, this role will support the Development manager in the project management and roll out of strategic and Beta eCommerce projects. This will involve A/B testing and working alongside colleagues and development teams from around the business, specialising in personalisation and on-site search. The successful candidate will need to have an aptitude for digital analysis and experience in working in digital.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

• a highly motivated and well organised individual who has a keen eye for detail and good problem-solving skills.

They would also have:

• experience in working on eCommerce projects from start to finish
• experience in digital analysis and A/B testing
• and experience in dealing with web issues.

Good communication would also be essential as the role will involve working with a diverse group of stakeholders. Experience in on-site search and personalisation is not essential but experience in digital is crucial.
