Report directly into the Head of Ecommerce Shopper Activation. The Assistant Product Manager for the Consumer Products Division brands will be responsible for supporting and delivering the planning and execution of the eCommerce retailer activation calendar, creating incremental shopper moments to drive -brand / multi-category collaboration and participation.

You will

SHOPPER ACTIVATION:

• Work with the Head of Ecommerce Shopper Activation to strategise the go-to market of our brands through the creation of incremental shopper moments in the activation calendar.

• Media Briefing: Provide support to the Head of Shopper Activation on relevant eCommerce activations, including writing, briefing and delivering briefs to media and creative agencies for shopper activations. 

• Hands on Design: You will have the opportunity to design from scratch both in house and through3rd parties: Utilise photoshop, and agencies where relevant, to create compelling and engaging digital content for use on retailer channels or media platforms

• Engage senior stakeholders: behind the vision for CPD UKI  shopper activation 

• Collaborate with Experts: In EComm Media, Content and Merch, Commercial, Finance etc to land world class shopper activations. You will have the opportunity to be at the heart of a huge multifunctional effort.

• Manage select activation projects end-to-end from campaign planning, to creation to execution (media asset design and creation, eComm landing page design, stakeholder alignment etc, reviewing and finalising assets, and setting campaigns live)

• Lead on PCA’s: Support and lead on delivering campaign wrap ups with results, diagnosis, learnings etc. Presenting to senior stakeholder audience  with clear recommendations to take us forward

• Best Practice Sharing and Upskilling: Help us to continue to drive digital engagement across CPD UKI and indeed across the globe as part of the UKI ecommerce community.

BUDGET, PROCESS AND PLANNING OWNERSHIP:

• Own the calendar for CPD UKI: Support in the preparation of 2022 planning including concept ideas, retailer strategy and planning campaign assets and keep it up to date, refreshed and clearly communicated ongoing.

• Critical Path Management: Work with the teams to scope out the CP and alongside the Head of Shopper Activation, hold to account delivery of the milestones.

• Manage the budget tracking process with rigour. Working with finance partners in brand to ensure alignment on investments and ROI’s.

• Preparing internal and external presentations on the activation plan updates to be shared with key stakeholders
