The role of Early Intervention Worker is an inspirational one and will help enhance engagement from the referral point into the service with the aim of ensuring that a new family feels safe and familiar in their new home.
The Early Intervention Worker will support the families as they settle in through a range of one-to-one meetings and interactive play and skill sessions in a group setting.
This role will also support client choice whilst working within our Psychologically Informed Environment model, facilitate new sessions where possible as lead by the client group, and respond to safeguarding concerns as needed.
