Job Description

Are you interested in building a career with the fastest growing Online Grocery retailer in the UK?

Do you thrive in a customer focused environment?

Would you like the opportunity to learn new skills, and develop your knowledge of the online market?

As the Product  Content Controller within the Product Content & Catalogue team you will act as the starting point of selling to our customers through accurate and best-in-class content. You will be responsible for the implementation of new product ranges as well as the maintenance of existing products.

You will be working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across trading, operations, supply, Nielsen Brandbank and our suppliers to initiate the launch and maintenance of our products using our Product and Content Management Systems.

You will also play an important role across the wider team, taking on product setup, trading and store queries, as well as fuelling our development teams with the necessary information to bake back into our processes.

Asda's Online Grocery business is made up of a large, diverse and inclusive team, operating a multi-billion pound business - we are proudly the fastest Online Grocery retailer within the UK, maintaining number two in market share. Our Online teams strive for excellence every single day, working to manage the nuts-and-bolts of the day-to-day operation, as well as leaving no stone un-turned to improve our Website and App journey, right through to our doorstep experience for our customers.

About You

You will likely have previous experience in a retail or customer focused role and will have a keen interest in the online market. Our product data is our foundation to everything – you will need to be obsessed with things being in their right place, in order and making sense for our customers.

As you'll be working with a lot of data you will need to have a high attention to detail and be comfortable using both spreadsheets and data entry systems- even better if you can understand and take action from our reporting.

Your Benefits

The days of full time, fixed hours, stuck in the office in business dress are long gone! We strive to provide our colleagues the flexibility they need to juggle their job with life outside work. An inclusive, diverse culture is important to us and where it's possible we will consider part time or job share applications.

A competitive salary comes with an excellent benefits package including colleague discount, company share save scheme, a competitive pension, company bonus and many additional rewards! Once you're here the development opportunities are as endless as your commitment to your self-development and we will support you every step of the way to help further your career.
