Business Applications Domain CRM Consultant helps customer account teams identify, pursue and close strategic business development opportunities while leading the delivery of ongoing projects. Consultants are key enablers for Enterprise Services and Microsoft Partner teams. The Dynamics CRM Consultant applies advanced analysis skills and experience in principals of CRM application design to define appropriate customer solutions. A Dynamics CRM Consultant routinely acts as subject matter expert, assisting customers, partners and Microsoft teams in the most critical and difficult implementations. Consultants are able to deliver effective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes and possess excellent communication skills. They maintain extensive product group relationships and drive technical readiness for CRM solutions with product certifications and specific ISV packaged solutions expertise as needed.
