DTP is the product engineering team within Microsoft developing the Dynamics and Power Platform family of products. This includes Dynamics 365, Power BI Business Intelligence tools, as well as the low code\no code products PowerApps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent. DTP's Advanced Cloud Engineering (ACE) team provides direct product engineering support to the U.S. Government customers (Fed/Civ, DoD, IC, DIB, SLG).
We are fundamentally changing how we deliver world-class support to our top Dynamics and Power Platform customers, and building a new ACE Government support and operations team to do it. We are looking for a customer-obsessed Dynamics 365 ACE to help us reinvent customer support for our strategic government customers.
Responsibilities
Directly support our top Dynamics Government Cloud Customers (GCC) and resolve critical and complex technical issues in a 24x7x365 global support delivery team.
Take your deep technical and product expertise, and combine it with your understanding of our customer’s needs to solve their complex business challenges.
Work with engineering teams to not only support, but deliver solutions and new capabilities for our customers most mission critical deployments. Relentlessly champion and advocate for our customers in representing their issues to engineering teams and be a change agent to develop innovative ways to resolve their issues. Being encouraged by the team around you to go above and beyond to delight the customer.
Ability to quickly identify customer issues and being able to conduct in-depth diagnostics
Contribute in forums and develop self-help documentation and quick "How To" videos
Participate in recruiting and ramping up a global support team for our top customers
Coach/mentor new hires.
Develop and present training. Help establish a real-time readiness model for the team by constantly updating training & readiness content as the cloud technology evolves.
Work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives.
Own, manage and drive program initiatives
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
3+ years in a Technical position

The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination
Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding and demonstrated hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate family of products
Understanding of cloud computing technologies is desired - Azure Core Platform; Data Platform: SQL, Azure DB/storage; Application development experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in managing and driving initiatives across the program.
Ability to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment
Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer experience with exposure to customer side troubleshooting
