What we're looking for

The team won (along with their colleagues on the Hinkley Point C project) the “In-House Team of the Year” award at the 2021 Legal Business Awards and we have very experienced and skilled lawyers and non-legal roles ready to provide their guidance and mentoring to whoever takes on this role.  

You will support with process development for investor (HMG and third-party investor) due diligence arrangements, including co-ordination and management of information inputs into the SZC VDR. You’ll be responsible for the day to day commercial and technical management relationship with the external provider of the VDR platform and will be required to monitor, maintain, track and control usage of the VDR.

If you have proven experience in a data management, due diligence and/or infrastructure project management role with experience defining and developing data/due diligence processes and procedures then we’d love to hear from you! Alternatively, if you have experience of managing complex legal documentation then this role could also be suitable for you!
