one off project work !
Draughtsperson 100 sqm shed -  IL2 -  shed shell to rooms - and some aluminum windows with internal wooden frame and external metal detailing around windows to be drawn  - will supply pictures  -   Two bathrooms - upstairs directly over downstairs  for ease of pipe work  tile shower, glass door, toilet and sink  -   one pipe under the floor we will give the measurements to external septic or gray water tank.  . Kitchen,  Mezzanine, stairwell.

eg stairwell detail so that we can send to joiner or steel worker
kitchen so it can go to joiner for finals
Detail so that builder can measure off to create order for gibb or plywood 

This job can be remote as we will send the drawings - PDF - happy to discuss - would want to see what you have already produced - drawings /detail  
Hourly rate and total job cost/payment to be confirmed via discussion with yourself. the hours below and rate are only indicative as I have to fill in the gaps -  please supply CV and design portfolio or similar
