Your role will be critical in embedding D&I into the employee lifecycle and beyond” – Head of Diversity and Inclusion Solutions

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, both in the UK&I and other markets, to embed D&I into processes and systems along the employee lifecycle, making sure D&I is at the forefront of everything we do
  • Coordinate and collaborate Sky’s submissions for reporting and industry benchmarks
  • Work with People Partners and our wider Talent team to translate Group D&I strategy so that it’s most effective for the needs and nuances of our different divisions
  • Be the lead for the team on learning – working with our Talent team to create new learnings and ensuring D&I is built into all leader and people curriculums

What you’ll bring:

  • The ability to acquire new knowledge and form relationships across a complex business network to identify D&I gaps and opportunities
  • Strong operational and coordination skills to see projects through from design to review
  • A specialist understanding of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Solid attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal, written, presenting) and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
