Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience with the display ecosystem of ad networks, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), first and third-party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad operations, and display ad buying delivery and measurement platforms

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and to deliver customer-focused results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly complete large volumes of high-quality work
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment
  • Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects within deadlines
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform solutions for display and video

We offer specialist services to our ads customers and their agencies, and scaled services to customers of all sizes. The Display and Programmatic Specialist team supports our Google Display Ads and Display and Video 360 (DV360) advertisers and internal Sales teams. Our Specialists provide services to deliver on customers’ business and marketing objectives, including technical know-how, design of customized solutions, implementation of complex ads products, product consultation, privacy guidance, and measurement of impact. Our scaled services are designed to deliver core campaign-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and include campaign monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

As a Display and Programmatic Specialist, you will focus on driving media activation and campaign management across agencies and partners. You'll build infrastructure and capabilities for an agency and drive media strategy with clients and agencies. You'll act as the connection between the Campaign Management team and customers for current campaign performance and future programmatic strategy. You will proactively navigate multiple stakeholders, bridge organizational and structural gaps, and mobilize internal resources to deliver a seamless experience for agencies, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize Google Display Ads and DV360 campaign management, deliver sophistication in media activation, and campaign management for a portfolio of key advertisers/agencies.
  • Drive better performance and pacing on Google Display Ads and DV360 by helping partners enhance their optimization practices.
  • Manage client-level audits and needs assessments. Analyze campaign management strengths/areas of opportunity to grow partner proficiency in Google Display Ads and DV360.
  • Act as a thought leader in introducing and driving optimization and campaign management approaches. Conduct ongoing media performance strategy management with trading leads agencies. Work with them to illuminate insights around how optimization could be improved.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and in-market Sales teams to drive growth plans of our large advertisers. Develop and apply knowledge of the market for industries in solutions offered.
