The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for a Director People and Culture Business Partnering supporting our Regional & Outer Metropolitan division.
In your new role, you will be a key member of the Leadership team and leads the provision of strategic advice and support to senior and executive management relating to complex people and organisational development strategies. This role also supports transformation programs to define the design, culture and capability of the organisation and ensure achievement of performance and productivity goals.

About You
You are a collaborative and talented leader of people with extensive knowledge of contemporary Human Resources. You know how to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively with senior executives to drive outcomes. You will pride yourself on always being a step ahead, anticipating and addressing potential issues before they arise.
Engaging and energetic, you understand the value of an excellent employee experience and you’re committed to making Transport a great place to work. You excel in your communication and presentation skills and have proven experience influencing senior leaders and operating in a complex customer centric environment.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or relevant equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience working in a leadership role within a blue/white collar unionised environment
Stakeholder management expertise and experience to navigate through government processes combined with strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance in complex, politically and commercially sensitive environment
Experience in delivery of integrated advice and services across a full range of HR programs
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to lead, influence, promote and motivate highly skilled staff to deliver desired outcomes
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework that underpins quality regulatory services
